Roger Hartley chairs Occam Crest Management’s Advisory Board. Roger is an experienced financial services executive who has spent the last quarter century primarily as an advisor to the global asset and wealth management industries. During that time, he has focused on a wide range of M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory services. He co-founded MHB Advisers, LLC, a specialist investment banking boutique, after serving as Chief Operating Officer and Board Member of Coast Asset Management, an alternative investment firm. He previously held senior banking positions with Putnam Lovell NBF and Union Bank. He started his career in the United Kingdom with Standard Chartered Bank. Roger graduated with Honours from the University of Oxford with an M.A. in Politics, Philosophy and Economics.
